New Year is the time when many people around the world make
promises to
make changes in life for the better however, many of the promises made by people are rarely
completed. I plan to lose weight and improve my social life.
I will make that commitment and go into a positive
attitude in taking a diet. We all know that losing weight can be quite a
challenge. In fact, for some, it can be downright tough. It takes time,
practice and support to change lifetime habits. But I alone am the one who has
the power to lose unwanted pounds. Losing weight is not just about diets. It's about
the whole new me and the possibility of creating a new life for me.
I will improve my social life through: getting the right hobby that can allow me to meet people more easily
and could even quickly get me into a new social group, getting fun with my
roommates and friends, be more approachable (I’m approachable but more), and?
Argh! I just want to be like somebody else that has a face like a dictionary. I
mean not to extend the limit. I don’t want to be so shy. Help me guys as I help
myself.
